CLS will refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid. CLS will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return or request for a refund.
CLS will accept eligible returns or requests for refunds within 30 days of customer receiving order. CLS will charge no more than 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee.
CLS will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the CLS’ error
CLS will provide an electronic receipt for all membership and event transactions. All CLS members will receive a new Membership Card during the first week of the month following their renewal. Any CLS members requesting a CLS Membership Certificate suitable for framing will receive their certificate along with their new Membership Card.
